Elllana (or Elle as she prefers) officially joined the Trusted Finance Solutions team in August 2021 and is working alongside Ian Smith and Michael Cirillo as their broker assistant, helping to manage the home loan process for TFS clients.
Elle previously studied Pharmacy for 3 years but placed those studies on hold when she picked up a full-time job to help support her family.
She initially worked as a Customer Service Associate and was promoted to Subject Matter Expert within a year of working at her prior employer.
Elle is enthusiastic and committed to maintaining good client relationships and is looking forward to helping the TFS community grow in her support role.
In Elle’s spare time, she loves going to the beach or hiking in the mountains with her friends.
